With over 20 years of working with fast-paced & multicultural organisations,Samantha Magee is a Performance Management Consultant with a wide-ranging experience on team management, effectiveness and resilience. My mentoring and management style is direct, aimed to overcome obstacles and challenges that delay and stall decision making.

I am guided by a leadership ethic that is centred on principles of fairness, transparency and a practical professional attitude for an effective way of living.

Training & CPD

Research shows that “On-the-job” (OJT) training is often the way most employees learn their job, tasks and competencies at work. On the job learning, when organised as part of the education of an employee is extremely effective. However, most organisations do not take the time to review how direct experience is affecting knowledge and, very importantly, the experience of the employee in increase h/her skills and professionalism.

OJT is also challenged by asking staff, managers and executives to juggle workload demands while at the same time reflect on the experience to gain insight and knowledge.
Offering “traditional” forms of learning to managers, executives and staff plays a crucial role in the overall level of knowledge, expertise and success of an organisations.

The role of Mentoring and Consultation is to bring knowledge and insights to the conversation and offer tangible and actionable ideas that organisations can adopt.

As member to the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, we subscribe the Code Of Ethics and we actively participate in CPD and updates to ensure highest standards of professional services.

In practice, Mentoring & Consulting with Samantha Magee is to invite her to be part of your team and organisation for a set period. It is recommended to engage for no less than 6 months during which Samantha will be part of your organisation and directly provide mentoring and learning opportunities, together with analysis and comments regarding the areas you are looking to improve in your business.
