With over 20 years of working with fast-paced & multicultural
organisations,Samantha Magee is a Performance Management Consultant with a
wide-ranging experience on team management, effectiveness and resilience. My
mentoring and management style is direct, aimed to overcome obstacles and
challenges that delay and stall decision making.
I am guided by a leadership ethic that is centred on principles of fairness, transparency and a practical professional attitude for an effective way of living.
As a supporter of principles behind the Learning Organisations, I’m currently exploring the effect of System Thinking in Team Management.

Research shows that “On-the-job” (OJT) training is often the way most employees learn their job, tasks and competencies at work. On the job learning, when organised as part of the education of an employee is extremely effective. However, most organisations do not take the time to review how direct experience is affecting knowledge and, very importantly, the experience of the employee in increase h/her skills and professionalism.
